LEXIPIXEL.COM tests its new CMS software, (Content Management System). The system uses text stored as objects which can be arranged into simple or complex websites with databases, static HTML, dynamic HTML all integrated and using CSS, Perl, JavaScript, CGI, SSI, .htaccess and many other technologies. The entire system runs on a plain vanilla Linux/Apache web server with no need for external databases or other 3rd party software or services. Any decent basic web hosting account will do.
