By business directory, we mean an organized, searchable index of information pages

database, and can only be retrieved by a user on that web site.
Most importantly, the information is not published to the web in a (static) format
so search engines can find it.
Another poor design feature of many directories and listing services is that the

may not exist at the URL or link when server applications, variables or data are
changed.
