LEXIPIXEL Site Manager includes many predefined layouts. One column, two, three... layouts with options for headers, footers and other page elements. You do not need to know HTML or CSS to start, but learn how to modify a few simple HTML and CSS tags and you can modify the default settings to create custom page layouts in seconds.
LEXIPIXEL Site Manager contains a powerful database driven management interface which generates static HTML pages --- change a few settings and regenerate the site and all pages will be properly updated.
With very little effort, all pages on your site will carry a consistent look and feel.
LEXIPIXEL Site Manager (and most other LEXIPIXEL scripts) are built using device independent design. You are virtually handed a blank piece of paper to create each page. The layouts are closely tied to reusable HTML "objects" --- pick a header, footer, toolbars, ads, etc, from pull down lists, type in some text in the content area, (are shown in blue in images on this page) , click a few buttons and a new webpage is created.
All LEXIPIXEL scripts, HTML and CSS are optimized to accomodate the same information in the default page layout as you will find on any 8 1/2" x 11" printed sheet. This allows you to publish in a format that is optimized for both online and print.
You can change anything about the site and create your own by editting a few of the default CSS layout related parameters, (heights, widths, borders, margins, padding, alignment and other CSS controlled block level settings).
