      Generic TLDs are available for personal, commercial or organizational use as described in the table below.   Registrations for names within these TLDs may be made through any of the (competitively priced) domain name registrars or their agents, assigns or affiliates.   You will note that the last four TLDs, (.gov, .edu, .mil, and .int), are only for official use.
